Located in Charleston SC, the Ashley Landings Publix will bring a new prototype store to the existing shopping center. The project utilizes a contemporary aesthetic with wood look siding, suspended canopies, brick facades and decorative metal grillwork to enhance the shopping and entertainment experience. The Publix facade features an extensive display of LED lighting, highlighting the building while at the same time breaking down the overall scale of the project. The retail portion of the project boasts a large patio area in front of each bay with ample room for occupants to grab outdoor seating and participate in the activities around them.
