To serve the needs of the local residence of this community, this multi-storied Publix urban grocery store was designed to fit seamlessly within the surrounding urban fabric.
By combining Publix’s requirements, the unique limitations of the site, the lofty requirements of the Master Developer, and the city’s expectations, we were able to create this 184,000 square foot multi-story retail center that features a street side café and two elevated parking decks on the top floors, linked by a multi-story glass lobby.
