By combining Publix’s requirements, the unique limitations of the site, the lofty requirements of the Master Developer, and the city’s expectations, we were able to create this 184,000 square foot multi-story retail center that features a street side café and two elevated parking decks on the top floors, linked by a multi-story glass lobby.
