When the largest supplier of Portable On Demand Storage units (PODS) looked to consolidate their Corporate Headquarters, Call Center, Executive & Admin functions & Computer Facilities into one 120,000 sq. ft. 4-story facility on land abutting the Clearwater/St Petersburg Airport, they came to Fisher & Associates because of Fisher’s extensive experience with the production of corporate headquarters.
The facility will be constructed of site cast concrete panels, structural steel framing & high performance impact resistant glazing. PODS is scheduled to occupy the building in April of 2008, allowing 15 months for the Design, Permitting & Construction.
