To highlight the entry locations and provide focal points along the main façade tower elements where used adorned with Bahamas shutters, elongated roof brackets, and long vertical glazing, embracing the Florida architectural vernacular. The facades would also receive coral stonework, earth tone colors, and expansive awnings, along with multiple fronting storefronts on both front and rear to provide pedestrian scale and access. The upper level interior design of the project included Class A medical office space that combined both modern and classical finishes through a decorative wave wall, water wall, luxury vinyl planking, and rich wood laminates.
