Position Summary
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading multiple high-profile projects while ensuring design excellence, technical quality, schedule performance, and client satisfaction. This role provides strategic direction to project teams, mentors staff, manages consultant relationships, and serves as a senior-level client advisor throughout all project phases.

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading multiple high-profile projects while ensuring design excellence, technical quality, schedule performance, and client satisfaction. This role provides strategic direction to project teams, mentors staff, manages consultant relationships, and serves as a senior-level client advisor throughout all project phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead production and delivery of construction documents in AutoCAD.
- Direct and mentor internal production staff and coordinate engineering consultants.
- Oversee project schedules, redlines, and quality control.
- Review shop drawing submittals, RFIs, change orders, and construction issues.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, ADA, and zoning regulations.
- Serve as the primary senior contact for clients, contractors, and authorities having jurisdiction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture; licensure strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of architectural project management experience.
- Demonstrated leadership on complex commercial projects.
- Expert knowledge of building systems, materials, and construction methods, including masonry, steel, and/or tilt-panel.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
