Founder & President
William Joe Fisher founded Fisher and Associates in 1985 and has led the firm’s growth into a nationally recognized architectural practice serving retail, corporate, healthcare, industrial, and mixed-use clients. As Founder, President, and Architect of Record, he oversees firm operations, project coordination, client relationships, and quality control across all projects.
Known for his practical approach, technical expertise, and commitment to client service, Bill has built a reputation for delivering projects that balance design quality, constructability, schedule, and long-term value. Under his leadership, Fisher and Associates has established enduring relationships with many clients who have relied on the firm for decades.
Beyond his professional practice, Bill has remained actively involved in community, healthcare, educational, and charitable organizations. He serves in leadership roles with numerous civic and philanthropic organizations and continues to support architectural education as a guest lecturer and advisor to the University of Florida College of Design, Construction and Planning.
