WGK LAW OFFICE INTERIORS
The Law offices of Wiand Guerra King were relocated to a 1980s style two-story office building adjacent the Bay in Tampa Florida. To meet the Law Firms scheduling needs the project was developed as part of an accelerated and phased construction schedule. The renovation of the building is a two-story, accelerated schedule renovation project, and encompassed substantial interior and exterior renovation and new construction.
The exterior renovations included the addition of a two-story glass lobby with an iconic pre-patinated copper paneled elevator tower, and a contemporary entry canopy with glass mosaic tile work. The interior of the building was fully renovated in its entirety.
The two-story lobby which was carved out of the existing building, showcases the buildings Class “A” finishes with rich wood ceiling elements and millwork, porcelain tile floors, butt glazed walls and stair railings, cultured stone walls, and a polished terrazzo grand stair with accent lighting cast into the treads.
